ORDER INFORMATION

Minimum orders: £50 / 6 packs per product.
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of order.
Any loss, damage or mistakes must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
All goods remain the property of Madame Chalet until paid for in full. The customers power of resale shall automatically cease if the customer goes into liquidation, has a receiver appointed or become insolvent.

DELIVERY

Within 28 days from receipt of order.
UK P&P is £10 on orders under £150, which will be added to the invoice.
Free standard delivery on UK orders over £150.
The customer pays carriage on international orders.

PAYMENT

Payment should be made by bank transfer, by cheque or with Paypal.
We will email you the bank transfer details on request.
